Current- Lead the Claims and Core Processing Departments for Intesa Sanpaolo Life, managing 21 agents, 3 SMEs, and 2 Team Leads.
- Achieve key operational metrics, including Service Level, Quality, Productivity, and Efficiency targets.
- Execute Corrective Action Plans to address performance gaps.
- Oversee recruitment, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Foster a positive communication environment between Intesa and Covalen, as well as within the Covalen team.
- Produce monthly reports and invoices.
