On the 18th of April 2023, the global Women Changing the World awards took place in London, UK. They were presented by Tererai Trent, Founder & President of Tererai Trent International Foundation for children in rural Zimbabwe and Oprah Winfrey’s all-time favourite guest. The WCW Awards are designed to recognise the growing number of women who are leading the way in making the world a better place and inspire other women to do the same. These enterprise benefit the well-being of the whole community. Me and my team work as volunteers and 99,4% of all the money we raise goes straight to the local people. We support them in creating community chests that they can use to invest and start up their businesses. This is a revolving fund and as soon as they have paid the loan back, we invest it in a new community.
