I am a versatile business professional who has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge from working for many years and filling a variety of roles within the financial services industry. I have excellent communication and IT skills and previous experience in project management, event management and sales. I work well under pressure with the ability to prioritise either working independently or as part of a wider team. I have extensive experience in implementing change and new processes to different types of business. I also have considerable experience in customer relations management delivering a first class service often being the customer's initial and main point of contact. I am proficient in the main Microsoft Office products. I am now open to a new challenge whether that is within or outside of financial services.
