I was responsible for planning and coordinating teaching and non teaching activities of the curriculum and additional curricular components of AMSIB educational programmes. This included preparing the hour and task allocation of lecturers, monitoring and managing changes in the personnel planning data base and streamlining educational logistics. The work involved reducing the number of changes in time tables, class compositions and task allocations. I was also responsible for coordinating various information streams of teaching activities of the AMSIB programmes. This included communication with a variety of teams and stakeholders and the coordination of module and teaching evaluations at the end of each block.

As coordinator in the department of External Affairs I operated as intermediate between students, study programmes and the (international) business community. I was contact person for the various stake holders for international internships and thesis assignments. My main focus was to manage and evaluate vacancies, coach students in their search for opportunities in the work field, update and develop information flows and report to the management on progress. Key elements were study success and student satisfaction.The first year the focus was on achieving a generic process for the 5 programmes that also aligned with the process of the Dutch programmes, including implementing and providing training for a new process driven data system.As the ambition of IBS was to achieve international accreditation acknowledgement, the focus remained on the implementation of the internship and thesis improvement proposal, arrange solid partnerships with the business community together with account management and increase the student result positively during the final programme year, all supported by an effective and efficient system.

As an advisor I was a direct contact person for private and business clients. Aiming to fulfil their service requests to their expectation and at the same time check if there were additional customer financial needs in which I could provide.I achieved the full version certificates of Base, Consumer Credit, Insurance and Life Planning of the Dutch Law on Financial Supervision (WFT) successfully and I was well trained in working compliant and being discreet at all times.My training on the job I completed in the regional office of Oosterhout, after which I was transferred to the region office in Breda.

At the Centre for EVC (recognition of acquired skills) I was responsible for planning and organizing the process for employers who wanted to convert their practical work experience into an official diploma in order to proceed their professional career path.I was in charge of the work quantity and quality of the team members and I advised the head of department on projects.I have successfully coordinated the certification of guest parents for day care in private homes in line with the new Dutch legislation.Additionally I created content and structured the new guidelines to monitor the quality of future projects.
