Marketing Operations Specialist
Current- Create and manage email campaign calendars. Set up email campaigns, monitor and schedule email sends, compile and create insightful email reporting.- Plan and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements. - Build and launch multiple segments of email campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture).- Build the workflow and structure for automated email campaign drips with the use of Marketing Automation Platforms.- Execute marketing activities ranging from website publishing and maintenance, updating customer databases, updating website and landing pages, and management of content repositories.- Perform operational execution across a variety of marketing tools, systems, and processes such as website CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM databases, and Analytics & Reporting tools.- Work with team leads and cross-function team to improve email campaign performances and marketing operations related workflows and processes.- Daily processing of ad-hoc operational requests based on specific workflows.- Supporting other workflow processes related to requests for data, information, and insights.
