Account Management Supervisor
Current• Lead account managers in the performance of their operating responsibilities in order to maintain overall client retention, identify areas of potential account development and opportunities for professional growth.• Conduct regular meetings with the account group to discuss client challenges, opportunities and work in progress.• Develop and implement account management division directions, procedures and policies.• Guide account managers in career performance and skills development.• Recommend staffing changes necessary to support client needs and ensure positive/stable relationships.• Review strategies, creative briefs, conference reports, and all agency/client communications, in order to recommend improvements.• Evaluate campaign conceptual directions to ensure strategic marketing objectives remain in focus.• Assess estimates, quotes and unquoted invoices to ensure budget requirements are met and profitability maintained.• Analyze major media and public relations plans, and creative strategies before submission to clients.• Participate, as practical, in the presentation of annual plans and significant interim programs to client.• Contact and form relationships with senior client personnel commensurate with needs.• Ensure that financial management of accounts meets agency standards.• Serve as senior client service representative for major presentations (to new business and existing clients).
