I have been working in PR since 2005. During my internship and brief employment at Edelman, I discovered that my main interest lies in working with complex organisations. I found a great B2B focused PR agency in Marcommit where my career could really begin! I find it an interesting challenge to create brand awareness for, for example, a technology company whose main target audience is the CIO/CEO, or an HR training provider who wants to build thought leadership within the HR audience. These are two examples of assignments I have had the opportunity to work on for a variety of B2B organisations within Marcommit. In roles ranging from Junior PR Consultant to Account Director, Team Leader and now Managing Director. Clients we work for on a daily basis within Marcommit include Telindus, Lightspeed, TOPdesk, Mollie, Wuunder and various labels within Conclusion, Visma and the Salta Group (formerly NCOI). After a short break from my PR agency career on the client side, it was crystal clear to me: I am an agency person. Never a dull moment, many glimpses into the kitchens of successful companies, huge scope for creativity and working with a team of PR colleagues. That's all I could ask for.This incredible team within Marcommit is also my responsibility. Employee satisfaction, development, mental and physical health and, of course, recruiting new talent are things I deal with on a daily basis. I am therefore enormously proud of the development of our professional team and our employee satisfaction score of 8.6 in 2023!
