App. 1996) whether the facts of the crime alone were sufficient to sustain the finding of future dangerousness on an eighteen year old defendant facing the death penalty.6. Mullins v. Crouch, 391 F.Supp.2d 457 (2005); judgment on the pleadings granted to an officer who made an arrest that was no billed in a complex online fraud investigation. 7.
