I am an ambitious, trusted, high achieving and target-orientated graduate with a First Class Honours in a Masters in Business and Internationalisation, and a Second Class Honours Upper Division in a Bachelors Degree in Visual Communications.Studying my Master’s Degree was a challenging but hugely rewarding experience. Key areas of learning that I excelled at include; strategic digital marketing, managing corporate creativity and innovation, international strategy, international entrepreneurship, and international business and marketing. Studying this course emphasised my passion of learning and adapting to new challenges which I carried with me in my role at Learn Thru’ Play Ltd. After graduating from my undergraduate degree in 2018, I spent the following year leading an expansion in my family business. Over the course of eight months, our childcare facility increased enrolment from 40 children to over 80 children through a new Afterschool programme. Now, I work as a classroom assistant in the programme as well as designing and managing all of the paperwork within the company. This includes: attendance records, Covid-19 compliance forms, accident report forms, staff rosters, POBAL and TUSLA declaration forms, etc. I assist with the payroll weekly, including sending our data to Revenue and paying the company’s employees. I was trusted to take charge of organising and submitting the necessary paperwork for an audit dating August to November 2020.Studying my degree in Visual Communications (2014-2018) gave me the perfect opportunity to explore my creative side and turn it into something that I can make a future out of. I gained an enormous insight into the world of marketing, which in turn gave me a love for the academic side of business and lead me to applying for a place on a Master’s course. I have a great passion for design and creating short animations / motion graphics. I love branding and in particular re-branding, taking something and altering it so that it is its best version of itself. I received a first class honours for my thesis which was heavily based on semiotics and advertising. Semiotics is now a passion of mine and I love exploring different meanings of things in different cultures, and how a global brand can successfully communicate to different markets around the world.I consistently demonstrate high levels of drive and energy to provide excellent customer service. I am a dynamic leader and team player with a strong sense of initiative to deal with issues practically. I am a hands-on, hardworking person with a great attitude.
