We understand that renovating is a big endeavour involving a number of different elements; logistics, materials, sub-contractors, all of which must be coordinated to realize success. The complexity and strain can be unnecessarily overwhelming, and difficult to manage for anyone trying to undertake such a project on their own. Our horizontally integrated facility, housing our Design Team, Project Managers, Purchasing Agents, Operations Managers and Trades all under one roof allows Tri-Can to take the lead and alleviate much of the stress of a major refurbishment. Committed to quality, our Project Managers are regularly on site and in constant communication with clients to guide them through the process ensuring disruptions for tenants or owners are minimized. We are fully accountable to our clients at each step of the project, from the initial Request For Information, to the final Deficiency Walkthrough and follow up service.
