We've launched new products, services, strategies and campaigns. Shifted beliefs, behaviour, cultures and systems. And increased leadership capacity along the way. In 2018 I moved to Vancouver Island to help two NatGeo photographers double the revenue, reach and impact of their ocean non-profit in less than a year.Today, I provide impact coaching and consulting for leaders from scientists to CEOs to help them:- Challenge assumptions and the status quo.- Clarify their vision for the future and align everything around it.- Discover hidden barriers and beliefs that hold them back.- Develop and test new ways to move forward.- Build capacity, courage and readiness for change.- Create stories and strategies that guide and inspire action.In particular, I specialize in the use of story as a tool for change – to inform and influence what we think, say and do. I also serve as a leadership coach at the University of British Columbia, an innovation coach with MakeWay, a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance, a Board Trustee with the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society and Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University, where I teach climate leadership. To share what I've learned, I've published two books, given a TEDx, written for SSIR and taught storytelling, innovation and leadership at several universities.
