• Supervision of admin team, overseeing all general admin duties including document control, logistics, invoice checking and facilities management. Responsible for management of time reporting and related personnel movement databases.• Formatting, proofreading and publishing marine and engineering reports, proposals, tenders, technical notes, etc. Creating and maintaining company templates, brochures, marketing literature and consultant CVs.• Supporting HSEQ Manager with Business Management System.• Providing local IT support to all company personnel.• Creating and editing of drawings, flowcharts and images for use in published documents.

• Delivery of Microsoft application courses at all levels in a variety of formats including instructor-led classroom training, one-to-one and consultancy based training both in-house and on-site.• Carry out needs analysis, design training programmes based on client requirements and develop bespoke course materials and resources.• Prepare classroom including set up of IT equipment and software.

Freelance marketing, admin and IT support for a number of local and remote businesses.

Effective deployment and support of:• Desktop hardware and applications, writing procedures and user manuals for new processes and applications and training users as required.• Data communications and networking infrastructure.• Server and client operating systems.• IT security and contingency arrangements.• Project leader for high profile projects involving IT rollout for all Aberdeenshire Councillors and Head Teachers.

Responsible for providing IT support across the whole school:• Management and maintenance of RM CC3 Network, consisting of 1000 users, 450 computers and 6 servers.• Assisting staff and pupils in the use of ICT packages, tutoring and training where required.• Troubleshooting IT issues, maintenance and fault-finding of hardware and software.• Writing procedures and user guides, and training users as required.• Design, implementation and maintenance of school website.

Responsible for handling all aspects of personal insurances and small business commercial insurances.
