• Responsible for training new employees, process improvements; elaboration of dashboards and KPI’s. Interaction with different areas of the company to solve problems; creation of flowcharts / organization charts; preparation, review and control of documents - FO / PO (physical and online); dissemination of 5S, integration, auditing of good practices (headquarters and branches); follow up ISO 9001: 2015, 14001: 2015 audits, internal customers. Declaring dangerous products (PC, PF and EB) and regulatory matters; add in the system data, NF's entries, budgets, fees and bills.• Temperature analysis and monitoring (hot, cold and air-conditioned), calibration (scales, data loggers and temperature grids), action plan, RNC / RMR; performance indicators (KPI); qualification of area (hot, cold and air-conditioned chambers) and suppliers; water analysis and others.

• Responsible for the T&D area of the 05 branches (operations: DUCATI, HD, JAGUAR, SONY and TROLLER), ISO 9001: 2008 internal auditor, generation of T&D status report, admission / update CTPS (Work and Social Security Card), steps (increase wages), vacations, hollerith, VA / VR / VT (supermarket, meal, transportantion voucher). Integration of employees / apprentices, admission and dismissal of employees, interview, homologation, payroll loan, workplace gymnastics, operational assistance (in loco) and relevant HR training.

• Tax/Accounting parameterization and product registration - Internal and interstate rates (all Brazilian states), CFOP, CST, ICMS (ST and ST adjustable), NCM / IPI (TIPI table), PIS / COFINS, Sintegra, Sefaz , NF-e, among others • Parameterization of retention of ICMS, INSS, IR, ISS and PCC taxes • Registration of suppliers and customers - IFS V7 / V99, Brand and Superus • Preparation of training material for new employees, responsible for error reports in the Brand and IFS system (opening calls and / or forwarding errors to the respective sectors for correction), validating invoices via Safedoc, file and customer service.

• Responsible for the integration of new employees • SAP, CAK and Diginet - Overtime / hour bank, declarations, certificates, payments, contracts, time records, employee registration and badges • Responsible for employment contracts, time card for the drivers of the board, transportation for apprentices / employees and badges • Responsible for the acquisition of materials, assistance to employees, sorting / delivery of supermarket vouchers, archives, among others.
