- Full recruitment life cycle - preparing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, hiring, onboarding and conducting market researches- Close work with internal and external stakeholders- Maintaining an up-to-date candidate database in the internal ATS- Attending job fairs and networking events with the purpose of networking and finding new candidates - Generating and presenting recruitment-related reports- Researching, approaching and negotiating with potential business clients
