As the owner of Center for Restorative Services and Solutions, I oversee the development and execution of specialized training programs tailored to the United States workforce, focusing on trauma-informed care, restorative practices, and initiatives to bolster diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as employee mental health and well-being. At the UCLA Prevention Center of Excellence (COE), I oversaw curriculum development and the strategic delivery of training, coaching, and consultation to establish trauma-informed systems. Notable achievements include designing interactive virtual courses for UCLA’s LMS with over 35,000 users, developing trauma-informed training curricula for DCFS caseworkers, and creating educational content on human trafficking awareness. As the current Executive Director of SOCIAL ISSUE SUPPORT FOR HER (SIS-HER), I oversee the non-profit's mission to empower women and children affected by social injustices, with a focus on domestic violence and human trafficking. I lead community engagement initiatives, training sessions, and advocacy efforts to educate and involve the community in addressing these issues. By establishing key partnerships with the Detroit Police, Homeland Security, churches, and local organizations, we amplify our impact and support. I coordinate the development of programs aimed at raising awareness and promoting community action against social challenges. Notable projects include partnering with Homeland Security to provide mental health and well-being support to women and children affected by human trafficking, spearheading prevention and awareness programs addressing immigration injustices, domestic violence, and human trafficking, and delivering customized training to over 4,000 community members globally. I developed and implemented the 'I AM Safe' curriculum in Detroit Public Schools, training over 2,000 students and educators, and organized train-the-trainer sessions for individuals with lived experience of human trafficking. Additionally, I designed and executed the 'Keepin' U Safe' campaign to prevent child sexual exploitation, and the 'Unlocked: A Sex Trafficking PSA,' collaborating closely with youth focus groups and individuals with experience of human trafficking.

Led curriculum design for UCLA-UCSF's ACEs Aware Family Resilience Network under the guidance of the California Department of Health Care Services and the Office of the California Surgeon General. Managed projects, including the "Stress Busters" initiative, overseeing curriculum development, video production, and e-learning platform construction. Coordinated with subject matter experts to deliver an 8-module course and 10 animated videos, educating healthcare professionals on preventing and mitigating toxic stress. Developed core competencies for the education and training department, managed training logistics, and supported online webinar implementation.

At INGENIUM CHARTER MIDDLE SCHOOL, I provided comprehensive support and guidance to students, fostering a safe and inclusive educational environment. As the school's 504 Coordinator, I supported students with special needs by ensuring accommodations were met to facilitate their academic success and inclusion. I specialized in individual and group counseling, conflict resolution, and the implementation of restorative justice practices to promote positive relationships and emotional well-being among students. I counseled over 60 students weekly, establishing personalized action plans to address academic and emotional concerns, conducted over 200 suicide and threat assessments using standardized assessment tools, and coordinated psychiatric care for at-risk students. Additionally, I pioneered the creation and execution of a restorative justice program for conflict resolution.

Consulted with doctors, nurses, psychiatrists and other medical staff to evaluate patients' needs and discharge summary.
