Oversee the supervision and operation for NJ State Department of Children and Families through the division of Office of School Linked Services (OSLS)-School Based Youth Services site (family & middle school) in Camden City School DistrictResponsible for supervising school based youth services staff encompassing a mental health practitioner, youth development specialist, coordinator and professional learning through student interns. As well as providing students and families with access to social services through the use of counseling and case management and follow guidelines and regulation protocol under the Camden City School District's state mandates and laws, accordingly. Networks and coordinates with health and social services departments, providers, school and potential recipients of services to facilitate access to service and minimize structural or psychological barriers to servicesServes as a linkage between the schools, students and their families and the larger social services providers and serves as advocacy role when neededInvolved in monitoring and evaluation of impact of services provided by assessing health care, , mental health services, intervention, referral and treatment servicesPromotes parent involvement in schools, adult education and family oriented after school hours activitiesMaintains accurate and appropriate documentation of all student records of interventions. Completes all state reporting as required by NJ State Department of Children and Families under the Office of School Linked Services-Offers counseling and therapy as needed to student and family population to increase coping skills and positive health.

Serves children, adolescents and their families in safe, eclectic clinical and counseling therapeutic process. Allows for partnership from a strength based approach to various treatment needs of depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, traumatic and crisis experiences, coaching and healthy esteem.

Provide therapy to Adult, Adolescents, and Children in the Behavioral Health population in the Outpatient Program. Complete intake assessments, evaluations, treatment recommendations and reviews, as well the corresponding documentation

Provide behavioral interventions (including applied behavioral analysis, pecs, sensory integration and other necessary clinical interventions) to children and adolescents on the Autistic spectrum as well as children with Behavioral/Emotional diffculties.Also provided therapeutic support to the families of children with behavioral and autistic divisionContribute to the implentation of the child's treatment plan
