Have been leading a development team of 5-8 engineers and responsible for an architecture, design of components, implementation of critical modules and performance improvement. • With my team built a unified sales platform for 2GIS from scratch that now works in 8 regions across the globe as SaaS. • Introduced a customized GitHub flow to achieve flexibly scheduled developing and releasing of business features. • Redesigned development and testing processes to decrease a duration of releasing cycle from 1 month to 1 day. • Rewrote a huge C#/JS codebase (~130 VS projects) to split it into separated libraries, currently available at nuget.org. • Rearchitected core domain services of the 2GIS’ main sales platform applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) practices. • Launched a successful NuClear River .NET OSS project to create a platform for fast Read Model applications construction. • Introduced a logging platform based on ELK stack to collect and analyze telemetry data comes from backend services. • Implemented a service for real-time event-based integration of the sales platform with an advanced search application. • Built services to bring video advertising to 2GIS’ apps with ASP.NET Core that runs on Linux on Kubernetes clusters. • Using a microservices approach designed a centralized advertising management system for 2GIS that has been built with .NET Core, Scala and React, all runs on Kubernetes. As a part of the project developed NuClear VStore OSS project that provides versioned data storage based on Ceph, Amazon S3 API, Apache Kafka and Redis.

• Performed a visual re-design of the corporative web site based on SharePoint in accordance with corporative standards. • Developed a number of solutions on top of SharePoint 2010: a webpart for employees to update their personal data in HRsystem, an enterprise phonebook application, feature for posts commenting and files attaching to publishing pages. • Designed and developed a corporative social network web application using ASP.NET MVC 1.0.
