(Woody Allen).Involved as Senior Advisor to the EASA Executive Director in aviation security and airworthiness, and before within the public-private partnership programme SESAR which aims at building the future European ATM System, I have previously managed large military entities (air bases, air wings, general staff) and was engaged in sensitive crisis management operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa, not limited to aviation. Endowed with more than twenty years of experience in international environments, I had the opportunity to negotiate with civil and military partners from different cultural backgrounds and to set-up communication strategies.As former Air Force Flag Officer and fighter pilot with a large expertise in joint operations and procurement affairs, as well as air force and navy aviation sectors, I have a strong experience in the trade and the environment of the latest generation of aircraft as well as an ability to identify the needs in terms of aircraft and crew certification, intelligence needs, maintenance purposes in multinational areas.
