Customers are able to get a turn-key solution to run their transportation services with a mixed fleet (autonomous and human-driven) as well as API access to the platform directly to build unique solutions.Key responsibilities:- Collect requirements by determining customers' problems and product gap analysis based on RFIs and RFPs- Translate market requirements into the product roadmap and define OKRs (as a part of Strategic Committee)- Conduct discovery phase (design sprints) in order to validate features and getting early feedback- Analyze the mobility market by comparison with competitors and domain trends research- Act as a Product Owner and part of an agile scrum team to provide a clear picture of priorities and business objectives together with user stories in the delivery phase- Close work with the internal research team to define product requirements for machine learning and optimization algorithms- Contribute to the product management team job results by counseling team members (including UX/UI) and appraising their job results

Responsible for part of the Frontiers Open Access Publishing SaaS Platform (B2C) aiming to streamline and automize peer review and publishing processes.Key responsibilities:- Translate market requirements and global product roadmap into the functional specification and implementation plans- Act as a Product Owner to the offshore and in-house functional and development teams to coordinate and manage technical and functional improvements to the platform and integration of third party products- Identify opportunities to improve and accelerate the Frontiers platform, both technically and functionally (with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence)- Understand social media and open access publishing trends and how they influence the value of the site- Focus on delivering and maintaining an excellent user experience- Quantify, track and regularly report on KPI metrics

Responsible for key software development initiatives and projects within the business (ERP systems for pharmaceuticals and medical research institutes, B2B web platform with mobile app extension). Collaboration with hardware providers and technical partners to increase market adoption of the company's solutions in industrial environments and drive the expansion of the business into new markets and applications. Work across the business team and be the key liaison between the business and OEM and technical partners.Key responsibilities:- Lead R&D organization; evaluate, prototype/code, and document standards for new technologies and products for possible inclusion into the company's portfolio and methodologies that are aligned with the product roadmap- Work with development and business unit teams to document and present product roadmaps and strategies- Work with customers and business unit teams to gain an understanding of business needs, and define technology solutions to meet those needs- Line management of multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams to develop several software products in parallel.- Drive partnerships with major OEM and third-party system providers to create a positive impact on the business- Work with offshore and in-house development teams (Belarus, Ukraine, USA, Finland)

Involved in all project stages starting with user requirements till roll out. A number of projects were successfully delivered to customers in Scandinavia, Central Europe, and North America. Customers are animal research laboratories and pharmaceutical companies. Technology stack: AngularJS, Spring Framework, Java, Hibernate, Oracle and PostgreSQL.Key responsibilities:• Daily team management (AGILE development, Scrum).• Project planning phase (Resources allocation, workload estimates).• Customer communication within projects. Embedded systems research and software development (using: C, UDP, and cross-platform development). The master thesis was written based on the part of the research project results. A new Nokia internet tablet with ARM 9 processor was introduced to the market as the final goal of the project. The master thesis is publicly available as a research document for Nokia.
