MTS Link is a part of the ecosystem of MTS - the largest telecoms company in Russia. Responsibilities: I am a product marketer responsible for launching a new IT service on the market, forming GTM strategy, preparing content for social networks, its placement, moderation and management, content strategy and formation of communication materials (marketing and sales kit).Achievements:- Formed a GTM strategy- Attracted 250+ companies to beta-test the product

Realised positioning and branding for two start-ups - a marketplace in Central Asia and a charger sharing service in Europe. For the marketplace, I launched a platform with personal accounts for sellers and buyers from scratch, and connected 10 vendors at the start. Formed a strategy for the development of the fintech services ecosystem for 5 years.

Launched the messenger on the market and was responsible for all marketing of the product. Led the launch of a series of special projects on vc.ru and Habr with a combined reach of over 100,000 views in 3 months. This work attracted customers from 20 to 10,000 employees. Launched a knowledge base from scratch in 1 month from idea to launching the first version of the platform with 15 articles.

CRM Pachca:Organised and did hands on outreach to new potential audiences: developing lendings, creatives, cold outreach to franchise founders and castdevs. Connected over 10 franchisees to 3,000 employees. Organised content production work for social media, YouTube and website. Managed 2 designers, an intern and a marketer.
