Sales Online was Irelands largest Digital Advertising company. Reporting to the Chairman and Managing Director with responsibility for all aspects of Finance and Human Resources my role included an overhaul of financial and business process and systems to meet expectations of stakeholders. Sales Online was acquired in 2009.

Topsec is a leading IT Security & Communications company. Reporting to the Chairman and Managing Director my role included responsibility for all aspects of Finance, Operations, Technical Services and HR. During my time I implemented a significant cost saving program. I also led the sourcing, planning and implementation of a bespoke IT system to integrate the various systems and processes across the company

Netsource was a B2B focused Internet Service Provider. It was acquired by Magnet Networks in an all cash deal in February 2006. Reporting to the Managing Director and majority shareholder my role included restructuring of the operational, financial and reporting process’ in preparation for the sale of company. The company attracted a number of prospective buyers and I was responsible for preparing the information memorandum and managing the subsequent due diligence process.
