Current* Operation of computer systems and microcomputers, acting in:- Application performance monitoring;- Data input and output features (switches, routers, monitors, projectors, printers, scanners, cables);- Data storage resources (database, storages, hard drives, external drives);- Data transmission;- Log errors in JIRA- Consumption of the CPU- Network resources and application availability;* I am responsible for managing servers and the entire corporate network. As well as services and servers in the Microsoft Azure;* I assure the functioning of the hardware and software, guaranteeing the security of the information through backup copies and its storage in a prescribed place;* I verify the user's logical access and, if necessary, I destroy discarded confidential information;* Customer and users support and service:- Guidance in the use of hardware and software;- Answer and respond to technical calls;- Inspect the physical environment for safety at work;- Training of new employees;- Guidance in case of questions of team members about the operation of the systems;* System and database maintenance:- Shell Scripts (PowerShell and Bash)- Run software tests- Distribute software updates- Interaction with the headquarter team in Greece seeking corrections in systems and software that require intervention from the development team;- Develop documentation about the system in relation to the execution of procedures and tasks;- Extract information through queries and perform database adjustments (Microsoft SQL Server);
