Human Resources Generalist
CurrentManage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.Participate in HR audits and assessments.
