• Coordinate Virtual Verification and Advanced Linear Drive testing teams, offering innovative and reliable solutions in order to cover the functional and non-functional product specifications.• Lead a small development team as support for the testing teams which has the main focus to provide SW solutions in order to increase the automation capabilities.• Define and implement team strategies in order to shape the led teams into high performance teams, with core values and principles based on Agile methodology.• Define and implement development plans for the team members in order to reach their highest capabilities.• Lead Agile Transformation Initiative at Test&Validation department level.• Be always up to date with the newest ADAS products on the market and develop technical means with the focus of offering testing coverage by the led teams.
