• Key responsibilities:
• Line manager of 20 developers in 9 product teams: people management, resource management in teams/department, escalations management, promotions, leads growth

• Design new technical features: integrations, automation for internal needs, control execution
• Own backend hiring process: I set up and optimize the process and scoring system, I lead and onboard an interview team for tech and cultural fit interviews. I conduct tech and cultural interviews, help to hire managers.
• Improve processes: - I introduced a growth framework for developers and leads across the engineering - I'm working on Tech lead layer transformation in engineering - I introduced the Ownership concept into the backend.

• I led a project of re-working subscription management at Wrike. We added the possibility to sell an independent set of Wrike products to customers that allowed us to increase company revenue by upselling extra products.

• helped PO to sort our edge cases in business logic
