I led a project of re-working subscription management at Wrike. We added the possibility to sell an independent set of Wrike products to customers that allowed us to increase company revenue by upselling extra products to customers. As the leader of the team I:• facilitated design and breakdown of the project• created roadmap for the project that lasted 3 quarters• helped PO to sort our edge cases in business logic• led 4 backend developers as a people manager• ran Personal Improvement Plan for underperformer in the team• coordinated Billing and SalesOps team regarding our projectAs a result, we removed existing blockers in a quarter before the deadline, so every dependent team had enough time to implement new products on top of our platform

I was involved in a project in Deutsche Bank account of Luxoft.The project consisted of several apps and was built a long time ago. The core application was built in the 90th. The applications had a lot of audit gaps and didn't meet current business requirements.The project goal - perform re-engineering of these applications, combine them into a single unit and update a technology stack.We followed Scrum methodology in our team. My responsibilities were:- development of a new functionality- support of business users (SL3)- analysis and estimation of new requirements- holding the releasesMy biggest achievements in this project are:- as a support engineer I was able to understand the business needs and help them achieve their goals in a most efficient way. It increased the performance of our business users can also significantly increased user satisfaction, which was very low when I came to the project.- Our team significantly increased the stability of our applications.- As a team lead I managed to break down, plan and implement one of the most important audit requirements in a very tight deadline.Our legacy apps were written in Java 1.3, Java 6, GWT, Spring, JDBC, Tomcat. Also, there is a lot of business logic written in Oracle triggers and packages. In the updated application we used:Java 8, Spring, Spring Data, Hibernate, Mockito, AngularJS, Maven, TeamCity, Git, Tomcat, Oracle.IDE: IntelliJ Idea.
