Position/Client: Senior Project Manager for Kaombo SPS and SURF Project / Total Managed and responsible for two work packages with 200 people in four different countries (Norway, Sweden, Malaysia and India) from several disciplines, such as Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality and Documentation. I reported to a Project Director which was responsible for entire project integration. Kaombo is the biggest subsea project ever awarded (USD 1.6 billion)to Aker Solutions. Main goals achieved: • Financial responsible for both packages of a project of MUSD 350 (Tie-in) and MUSD 240 (Structure & Manifolds). • Developed and executed a recovery of a project delayed of Tie-in equipment that was impacting on the Client installation campaign well recognized for Client (Total) Project Director and Aker Solutions (CEO).• Elaborated and approved all critical documents to start up complex project, such as project charter, people and teams, integration plan, execution plan, change management plan and procurement plan.• Performed Monthly Project Reviews with Senior Management to present current project financial and progress based on project KPIs and control of (Engineering Hours, Project Team Hours, Direct Costs, Hedging, Cash Flow etc.) including all risk/opportunity.• Led internal interfaces with other work packs and disciplines to define technical and progress relate to internal deliveries.• Participated on all key project procurement decisions related to Supply Chain discipline since make/buy, terms & conditions discussions and supplier execution. Position/Client: Senior Project Manager for Kaombo Surf / Technip and HeeremaI was responsible for managing a task force team of around 40 people in four different countries (Norway, Sweden, Spain and India) of multidisciplinary areas (EPCI) for a project of MUSD 45. Main goals achieved:• Developed and executed a recovery plan and delivered 74 off-connectors at Spain yard to attend the Technip and Heerema installation campaign after having discovered late major engineering issues during early project stage. The project was completed and succeeded in all deliveries according to client needs.

Position / Client: Tender and Senior Project Manager Wag Manifold / PetrobrasManaged a team with around 50 people of multidisciplinary disciplines EPCI from Tender through project execution. Additionally I was responsible for developing a strategy to choose the shipyard partnership to be part of strategic execution plan. Main goals achieved:• Tender Manager and Senior Project Manager of awarded MUSD 330 project included all tendering disciplines, planning, procurement and engineering to develop and understanding customers’ requirements and delivery competitive proposal which included definition of a shipyard partnership. Main contact and responsible also for the commercial documentation package delivered. • Responsible for elaborating and presenting a proposal through the approval process gates that involves Senior Management (VPs, SVP and Risk committee).• After project award, was appointed ethe main contact with the client - responsible for all mandatory project management start-up plans, such as project charter, people and teams, integration plan, execution plan, change management plan and procurement plan.• Performed Monthly Project Reviews with Senior Management to present current project financial and operational progress.• Performed Monthly Customers meeting to present project progress, critical issues, risks, opportunities and commercial discussions.

Main goals achieved: Project delivered according to contractual time, quality & HSE Management mind-set including development of Controls System in Brazil (Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing activities) to increase local content.
