I started and I still operate a popular Slovak sports website, TakUrčitee.sk. TakUrčitee is an opionated, fun-loving platform bringing innovative content to sports fans on the internet. Started the 1st sports podcast in Slovakia (TakUrčitee Podcast), established a small podcast network. I produced two TV formats for RTVS, Slovak pubic television. Hokejová Republika, 6-part docuseries and 25Majstrovstiev, 25-part entertaining ice hockey show looking back on 25 IIHF world championships with a fun prospective. Contributed to several other TV shows as a screenwriter - for example annual Footballer of the year and Ice-hockey player of the year.

Responsible for everything digital in a No. 2 publishing house in Slovakia. Mafra Slovakia digital portfolio covers 2 mil. internet users per month, i.e. about 40% of Slovak internet. I am leading a Digital projects team as well as HNtv (internet television) team, currently with about ten employees. My Digital projects team is focused on increasing digital subscription revenue from top business news portal Hnonline.sk, operating Piano paywall solution. Other tasks include website optimization, new online projects development and programmatic advertising.HNtv team is operating from a own small TV studio and is delivering news and commercial online content and video streaming services.

Leading a Marketing and Distribution team for a No. 2 publishing house in Slovakia. Responsible for a team of six. Created and executed a marketing strategy for the largest Business daily newspaper in Slovakia and other brands. Contributed to the inception and launch of Evita Magazín, No. 1 lifestyle magazine in Slovakia.

For a media web news portal Medialne.sk I wrote a weekly column "Týždňovka," focused on Slovak media. Wrote about 500 columns for almost 10 years.

Was responsible for day-to-day operations in a leading digital advertising agency in Slovakia with a team of 50+ employees.

My task was to build a marketing department for a fast growing international B2B events company. Working with teams in Bratislava, Dubai and Bangalore, India I was responsible for a team of about 30 marketing executives. I was responsible for hiring and training of team members. After preparing a marketing plan I was responsible for allocating MKT budget and executing campaigns for all 200+ annual events. Marketing campaigns were focused on digital marketing, email marketing and PR.

My task was to help introduce the Paywall and HR software company to Slovak market. My job was to identify prospects, establish relationships with HR decision makers and sell products and services.
