As a recent graduate of the Erasmus Mundus Joint European Master of Sustainable Food Systems Engineering, Technology and Business, I have a strong passion for food technology and sustainability. I studied at five different universities across Europe, gaining a diverse and comprehensive perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the food industry. I have also gained valuable experience in quality control and data analysis in the food and beverage sector, working as a Quality in Execution Intern at Danone, a Microbiology Intern at Vaxa Technologies Ltd., and a Quality Control Analyst at Refresco. I have used various tools and software, such as Power BI, SAP, Infinity QS, and Excel, to measure, inspect, manage, and record product quality data, ensuring compliance with product specifications and standards. I have also contributed to solving problems and improving processes, using my analytical and problem-solving skills. My goal is to apply my knowledge and skills to create innovative and sustainable solutions for the food industry.
