I lead a team of 25 to administer more than 50,000 retail food establishment licences annually to assure food safety. I also co-lead efforts to ready our people, processes and systems to get from where we are to where we want to be.We were awarded 2022 Public Service awards for our efforts in facilitating the resumption of food businesses post-COVID; and 2023 Public Service awards for streamlining regulatory processes & assisting small food businesses to emerge from the long shadow of COVID-19.

I led a team to secure a supply of safe food for Singapore. My team and I anchored an investment of $100m for Singapore's fourth egg farm, which will strengthen our food supply resilience. We were awarded Public Service awards for these efforts.

I led a team to strengthen Singapore's food security as we emerged from the long shadow of COVID-19. We were awarded 2021 Public Service awards for our work.

I led a team to advance and defend Singapore's international finance interests, including managing Singapore's relations with the World Bank Group, Asian Development Bank and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. I was privileged to be recoginsed with the 2020 Exemplery Leader Award.As part of our efforts to manage the impact of COVID-19 on Singapore, I was part of the team that successfully led the design and implementation of Singapore's Jobs Support Scheme to channel more than US$16bn in financial support to more than 150,000 employers to save livelihoods.

I developed Singapore's urban greenery, park activation, green building, climate resilience and food security policies, including serving as secretary to the Garden City Action Committee. My colleagues and I also launched Singapore's Climate Action Plan in 2016. I then spent 6 months (Oct 17 - Mar 18) with the National Parks Board where I developed plans to grow and transform Singapore's landscape industry, including transitioning Singapore's multi-million dollar orchid sector between two Government agencies.
