Welcome to my LinkedIn page.My name is Denis, I grew up in Brussels and I speak Dutch, French and English fluently. I'm passionate about #performance and #monitoring and process optimisations.I started my career about twenty years ago in IT consulting. From 2003 I have worked as a consultant in various international assignments and serving clients throughout Europe, the Middle East and in Northern and Southern Africa.I have always loved working with people, sharing knowledge and I value a work relationship based on trust and mutual respect. I don't have a 9-5 mentality.Since 2008, we started a family and I have gradually reduced the extensive travel, but it doesn't mean I'm not looking forward to any meeting, training or opportunity abroad.Also in 2008, I discovered the fascinating business of monitoring. This has evolved enormously since the robot (script) monitoring in the early days. Nowadays, monitoring focusses mainly on vast, complex environments and business KPI's are the key drivers to prioritise IT focus.Since 2016, I joined Evolane, first as a consultant, trainer and now as an account manager. So I can still speak 'tech' and I understand how the business works. Evolane started with Kristof Haeck, and I joined him as the first member of this team which now consists of more than 20 experienced consultants.Evolane improves IT organisations and applications. Protection, Performance and Process improvements are the key pillars of our offering.
