Spearheads Business Development with the primary objective of expanding the company’s portfolio of project work with the international development agencies. Works closely with the company’s institutional and private sector clients, including the multilateral organizations (WB, ADB, IDB, EBRD, AfDB), the US Government Agencies (USAID, MCC, and USTDA), host governments, academic institutions, and investors, operators, and private sector organizations. Identifies new projects opportunities and analyzes due diligence. Manages the communication with donor representatives, partner firms, subcontractors, and consultants. Regularly attends networking events and meetings with donor representatives and partner firms. Leads the preparation of solicitation responses and application packages and provides QA/QC reviews. Contributes to marketing and PR activities. Participates in all management decision-making.

Еvrobalkani is an association based in South-Eastern Europe and specialized in the provision of technical assistance for projects funded by the European Union and other sources. The Association was founded in 2004 in Sofia, Bulgaria in response to the growing demand for consulting services related to the absorption of EU pre-accession funds. Evrobalkani integrates the experience and knowledge of experts with academic or corporate backgrounds and aims to actively help the process of European integration and socio-economic development of South-Eastern Europe and the Black Sea region. The organization has accumulated significant experience in the preparation of application packages and proposals, the management of EU funded projects, and the provision of advisory services to local governments, SMEs, NGOs and private sector clients, in Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Turkey, FYROM, Serbia, Montenegro, and Croatia.
