Hello, I graduated from Tourism Guidance department of Ondokuz Mayıs University. I am dynamic, open to learning and development, and a very good person in leadership. My goal is to gain experience by developing myself in professional finance and to work in a well-established organization in the industry. Between June and September 2021, I worked as an intern at the Guest Relations department in Etstur. In this internship experience, I developed many aspects such as communicating with people and problem solving. After graduating from university in 2022, I started to work as an assistant specialist guest experience in Etstur. My adventure, which started in August 2022, ended as of May 2023, but thanks to this experience, I learned to communicate with the guests by empathy, to adjust the time management, to work with the team in the department and to find solutions to the problems of the guests as soon as possible.
