• Team management• Lead new product development projects for personal care products; shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, liquid & bar soap, toothpaste and natural based detergents.• Responsible for contract manufacturing and private label projects• Work closely with suppliers and make evaluations of alternative raw materials for cost saving projects.• Provide all test results and official documents on time (Stability, Challenge Test, Dermatological Test, Safety Assessment Report).• Lead pilot production trials of new products.• Follow up new technological developments related to personal care products• Participate in cross-functional project teams; marketing, purchasing, production, quality, and planning departments.• Make competitor analysis and report developing formulation trends.• Coordinate consumer in-use tests of new products.• Develop formulations compliant with TR/EU/US Regulations.
