Led the quality assurance and quality control efforts of the biggest steel and construction iron production plant in the Balkans, with 1000+ employees,exporting hot rolled, thinly calibrated and ribbed steel construction bars toall over Europe. Main responsibilities include:- Had a key role on setting up, maintaining and continuously improving Kurum Quality Management System based on ISO 9001- Managing, planning and organizing and executing internal and external audits- Developing, maintaining, improving and publishing quality processes and procedures, working instructions and other related documentation- Assuring functionality, sustainability and continuous improvement of theQuality Management System, directly reporting to general manager- Providing functional support and quality guidance for all business andoperations units of company and coordinating integrated internal audit plans- Providing annual training sessions to upskill employees on quality management and assurance while being the point of contact throughout theyear- Managing the preparation of inspection monitoring reports- Managing the spectrometer lab, mechanical tests lab and metallography lab by monitoring and evaluation of test results- Monitoring quality-related customer complaints and providing technical insights to customer service representatives in issue resolution- Planning and organizing internal and external trainings

Contributed to the quality assurance and quality control efforts of one of the biggest steel and iron production facilities in western Turkey, as a seniorteam member. Main responsibilities include:- Leading the quality team of 21 employees, directly reporting to the quality management director- Assuring functionality, sustainability and continuous improvement of theQuality Management System- Key contact person for ISO related issues- Ensuring that the ISO 9001 status and further ISO standards are maintained- Managing, planning, organizing and executing internal and external audits- Providing functional support and quality guidance for all business and operations units of company and coordinating integrated internal audit plans- Managing spectrometer lab and mechanical tests lab, including monitoring, evaluation and reporting of test results- Providing technical insights to customer service representatives for customer complaint resolution and commercial activities- Assuring the alignment between technical specifications, customer requirements and production outputs.

- Assuring on-time delivery of customer orders according to production plan- Planning, coordination and implementation of production activities- Analyzing and reporting process performance on a daily and weekly basis tothe production manager- Supporting role for Quality Management Systems activities

- Responsible of all production processes for cast iron automotive spare parts- Active contribution to the establishment of the quality management systems including ISO 16949:2002 and ISO 9001
