While my interests are focused on interactions of soil microbiome with plant health and nutrition, agroecological practices and the social, economic, and political aspects of sustainable transitions in agriculture are just as important to me. It is a combination of this well-rounded knowledge and my practical skills in biological and crop sciences that make me suitable for research in my field. My strongest personal skills are problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and coordination in group projects. While I greatly enjoy working in groups and exchanging ideas, I am confident with my independent working skills. During my internship at Regeneration Academy, I have helped coordinate projects in addition to designing, planning, and carrying out my thesis project individually. With that in mind, creativity in my scientific work is what I value the most in my abilities.Currently, I am seeking PhD and internship positions in the field of soil microbiology or plant immunity.
