Execute the recruitment process (delivery, costs, milestones) in the given country / location, with clear ownership for each vacancy based on the existing role descriptions and recruiting briefing, following alignment with the business partner/line manager

In conjunction with and under the general direction of Human Resources, develop & manage the organization’s training & development, recruitment & selection, performance management and employee relations & communications programs.

Assitant to the General Manager: Develope and provide a comprehensive organisational, administrative and programme support service to the General Manager by proactively overseeing the General Manager’s workload and completing tasks as directed by the General Manager. Prepare reports and presentations that are used by executives to make business decisions.TQM Facilitator: Support the General Manager and ERMEA TQM Manager in driving the company towards a successful TQM culture; identify together with management which TQM priorities to select, taking into account the challenges/needs of the business and the assessment results.
