At the Tercan Hayvancılık Tarım Enerji A.Ş. , I worked as Project Manager . I searched new livestock farming methods and technologies which are practically applicable in Turkey .I prepared company`s agricultural and livestock farming investment projects and profitability . For that aim I prepared projects to investment institutions .Project budget : 1 Million EuroLivestock capacity : 250 Beef Cattle

During Panagro dairy and meat factory construction , I worked in setup and installation team . We controlled projects` layouts and P&ID` s with realised in Feta cheese , Cascaval Cheese , Yoğurt – Ayran and Butter production areas. When the Feta cheese production area installation started. I prepared the installation area according to construction teams' demands. I controlled setup processes for Yoğurt – Ayran and Butter production areas. After the construction my team worked for Yoğurt and Butter area start-up prosess. I trained produciton workers for Butter and Yoğurt production .We preapared production specifications and production process diagrams with R&D and Total Quality departments. We standardized products from production to transport.I had responsible for all operations of fresh products like homogenized yogurt , skin top yogurt , ayran , butter ( 3000 tons yogurt , 3000 tons ayran , 400 tons butter per month capacity.) Under responsibility of people : 131 workers. Under responsibility of production lines: 5 Processing lines.17 Packaging lines. 36 SKU.

At the Tarim Kredi Süt I did production and shift engineering. My tasks were on the working area to control the production areas , product pipe lines, utility areas , utility pipe lines . I worked from the milk intake station to the transportation of the product for customers. I organized Yoğurt and Ayran` s milk standardization in different recipes for productions.
