About Deniz Akdoğan
I have nearly 20 years of experience in international companies in world-class manufacturing management by determining the most appropriate strategies for corporate vision and goals, increasing operational efficiency with continuous improvement, and creating and managing the highly talented teams best suited for the job.I am a "Mechanical Engineer" with a master's degree in "Engineering Management".In 2011, I started as "Production/Project Engineer" in Izmir (Türkiye) factory (10+ Billion package production capacity/year) of Tetra Pak, a food processing and packaging solutions brand with 55 factories in 160+ countries around the world, and continued as a "Continuous Improvement Manager & WCM Steering Committee Member” and "Coating Line Manager".I managed continuous improvement activities using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools and methodologies and I played an active role in the Company winning the JIPM World Class and Advanced Special Awards.From 2016 to 2018, I transferred to Schneider Electric (Manisa, Türkiye) and led FAT and packaging production, quality, and process improvement activities.In 2018, I worked as a "Plant/Factory Manager" responsible for production, product quality, shipment, operation planning, and employee management at Advanced Industries Packaging, Europe's second-largest paper sack manufacturer. Since August 2019, I have been working as "Managing Director & Board Member" at the same company.
