Preparation and completion of a survey related with ‘The Branding Guide’ and ‘it’s for real!’ (IFR) campaign that UN uses to shape its Human Resources System all around the world. • Drafting the survey• Implementing the survey• Conducting the survey• Analysis• Final presentation to Head of DepartmentAssistance with the ‘Careers Portal’ (careers.un.org) project in every aspect:• Administrative office work and support• Development and testing of the website• Training the website users • Design of some basic visuals by using Photoshop • Photo shooting for some visuals to be used on the websiteIn addition to the main responsibilities I have throughout the internship, I had the opportunity to work in cooperation with ETS (UN Education and Training Service) and also give technical support to other offices. In order to analyze the new HRM System in UN and to measure the ability of the portal to reflect the UN labour, I prepared some statistical data and an analysis report for the organization.

Lidea is a 12 year-old leading consultancy company, which especially concentrates on EU, NGO, UNDP and municipality projects and training services. Three of my friends and I, as "Young Lidea", made a protocol with Lidea Training & Consultancy. "Young Lidea" started working especially with SME's (Small and Medium-sized enterprises) in order to help their system work more efficiently. We also tried to find some financial support to ease their investment process in their jobs. We worked for the sectors of Recycling and recovering of waste, bottled water production, steelworks manufacturing, fruit juice manufacturing and bottling, marble processing plants and etc. As being a project coordinator, I had the opportunity to work in every aspect of a project and to experience every aspect of an enterprise. I worked closely with our potential and current clients and had the responsibility to keep track of their needs and interests in a project. For the contracts that we made in order to work together with the clients, I worked with them in person and led them making their minds about the projects. That is the way I had the great responsibility in developing the logical framework of any project. According to the needs and interests of the clients, I tried to define a pathway that would lead them to success throughout the project. In every process of a project, there should be a great coordination between the project members to get the success at the end.For that reason, I prepared job descriptions and did the assignments for every member of every project in order to make easier to keep track of the projects.
