• Managing a team with 6 members responsible for all technical activities required for planning, implementing and administrating the IT Service management, Fault Management, Server Automation, Process Automation, Business Service Management and Application Performance Management tools. • Understanding the needs and painpoints of IT Operations, evaluating and analyzing the requirements, designing the most efficient and effective solutions that will help the organization to achieve the best solution and ultimately increase IT Services quality.• Investigate the IT Service Management tools & Solutions, compare them by evaluating POCs and benchmarks, decide and start purchasing processes. • Controlling budget allocations for responsible areas and determining the CAPEX & OPEX needs of upcoming and ongoing projects• Software Maintenance Contracts and License Agreements

• Installation, maintenance, management and administration of HPUX, Tru64, AIX, Solaris operating systems.• Installation, maintenance, management and administration of high-availability solutions like HP ServiceGuard, HP TruCluster, Sun Cluster and Veritas Cluster.• Administration of HP Data Protector.• Administration of HP Openview products.

• Administer and maintain the Nokia and Oxygen Intelligent Network Systems including 113 servers• Good knowledge of IN services, applications, call flow, tracing calls.• UNIX and Oracle database administration of the IN platforms.• Software development on these systems using C, PL/SQL and shell scripting.
