With a background in community services management, particularly focused on immigrant women and social integration in London, coupled with my deep appreciation for traditional Turkish cuisine, I bring a unique blend of expertise and creativity to our collective for you.

Women Entrepreneurs challenging Covid-19 ProjectEngaged for women entrepreneurs and cooperatives digitally to transform their businesses during COVID-19 to mitigate the negative impact of the pandemic and build resilience which helps them to introduce and grow their business.

*Organized community activities to provide service for what the community needs and expects.*Engaged with families who are unable to attend appointments due their disability, child care issues, pregnancy etc., and carried out home visits.*Participated in staff meetings to discuss upcoming projects, challenges and ideas.*Provided evaluation reports & feedback loops (pre- and post-questionnaires) to and customize wellness plans for the participants, including progress tracking records.*Designed and organized age-appropriate skills-based sessions.*Maintained a positive and nurturing sessions environment and ensured the participants attending the sessions regularly.*Evaluated the participants, completed goal settings and assisted with development of assessments.*Submitted end-project report to the funding agency. Ensured effective use of the project budget.*Ran and delivered information workshops regarding their rights and entitlements, benefits and income maximizations

*Provided one-to-one assessment with service users to assess their health and wellbeing, understand their individual needs, motivations and programme goals.*Ran weekly and monthly group sessions for service users /awareness to Eating well guide and health balance diet as well as portion sizes according to Public health recommendation, to enable them to share and exchange information.*Ran monthly behaviour change sessions in different community centres to improve their lifestyle. *Developed and organised programmes of training according to the needs of the service users in order to develop their skills and knowledge.*Translated English content into the local languages of the Turkish/Kurdish/Cypriot communities.

As a volunteer in the physiotherapy service in Homerton University Hospital. It aims to support Turkish and Kurdish women to do exercise in our weekly Turkish Back school. It serves people who are suffering from back pain and neck pain.
