I’ve spent my career in the fashion industry specializing in brand management. My skills have grown organically, as a result of developing my personal interests and gaining perspective through collaboration. My skillset includes storytelling, creating, directing, strategizing, consumer observation, trend analysis, sales and market research. I love working on teams and collaborating with creative minds to build a brand experience or share an effective story. I am always led by my precise aesthetic vision.Following my passion in this field, I've worked with consultants in branding projects for young fashion designers in new markets, I’ve managed brands, did buying and sourcing of their collections, worked in projects for creating unique experiences for customers in stores and trained sales teams to communicate the brand experience.My interest in communication and storytelling brought me to the Professional Coaching Program, where I recently became a certified coach. During this time I also launched a YouTube channel with TVN media group focusing on women’s issues and turned it into a platform where thousands of women and their allies could share ideas and find support. The channel has shown enormous growth in just over one year because of high quality content that speaks to our devoted fan base. That growth has allowed us to monetize and identify brand collaborations.Communication is critical to obtaining success in any industry. That is why I place such importance on this skill. I've learned to adapt to different communication styles in order to create consensus and achieve understanding with those in my personal and professional life.
