Born in May 1982 in Istanbul, I have charted a journey from Saint Joseph French High School to achieving a degree in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University. Throughout my career, I have championed growth, continuous improvement, and strategic planning.My professional voyage started at United Airlines, where I spearheaded impactful continuous improvement initiatives and led transformative 6 Sigma projects. A decade spent in the United States, coupled with a year and a half in Argentina, broadened my horizons and cultivated a global perspective. In 2010, I returned to Istanbul, ready to embark on new challenges.Intrigued by the power of positive psychology and coaching, I embarked on a transformative path. I honed my coaching expertise through the ICF accredited coaching school, CTI, and the ORSC program, unlocking the potential of individuals and teams. A Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from UEL further fortified my knowledge base.As a certified Professional Coach (PCC), a specialist in positive psychology, I've evolved into a steadfast advocate for personal and team development. My innovative approach encompasses dynamic workshops that fuse coaching, improvisational theater, and positive psychology techniques to empower groups and teams. I am also a freelance coach and facilitator for other platforms such as SparkUS, Sharpist, Netexpat and Amplity Health.
