Leading the Purchasing Team in Turkey office & responsible for all "other brands purchasing" activities, such as;*Planning, selecting and sourcing material goods and/or tools for sale in chain stores, so that the business unit is able to secure the minimum cost at maximum service and support from its suppliers.*Understanding customer demands (price, quality and availability) – conducting market and price surveys, analyzing sales trends, buying patterns, price movements, product introductions/innovations and planning/selection of product assortment.*Initiating and implementing the development and sourcing of brands that will improve the store’s offer and enhance the business profitability.*Supplier development and relationship management including contracts negotiations and maximizing supplier terms.*Monitoring inventory turnover and product categories.*Initiating the PO creation and delivery of goods from the supplier to store’s warehouses ensuring that delivered on time with the right quantity and quality.*Taking the lead in coordinating with relevant units within the team to ensure upload of product information, description and costs into the back-end system as well as the delivery of the same to the retail sites or branches.*Strict monitoring and implantation as well as improvement of documentation and approval processes from ordering to delivery and the payment of the goods procured.

Responsible for Heavy Stitching, Optics, Electronics & Lighting industrial universes; *Seeking for the cost effective & the fastest supply channels,*Arranging the supplier S&OP contracts,*Deciding on the best supply method for current & potential suppliers,*Contributing to the DOT (delivery on time) performances by working coordinately with the suppliers,*Monitoring the sales figures & checking the stock levels regularly,*Preparing long & short term action plans based on current stock status.
