Form offers HVAC solutions with production, sales & after sales services of commercial and residential air conditioners, in order to improve the quality of life.Responsibilities :* Defining the requirements for the procurement module of the company's ERP system where all procurement processes of the company are conducted, which includes order creation processes, supplier evaluation processes, management dashboards, and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) manually.* Responsible for providing raw material and components, direct and indirect purchases in and out of Turkey. * Besides leading the department activities, lowering spending costs by forming new suppliers pool and successfully working with vendors to maintain best and most current pricing.* Responsible of Lennox products' supply chain in Turkey and establishing strategic relationship with Lennox suppliers.* Collaborate in the problem solving process and improving department's daily works process.Reporting to General Manager and Board of Management.

Plan, develop, and implement export and import activities and strategies. Provide information on global field markets to support expanding trade. Assist purchase team with finding new suppliers. Identify and explore export opportunities in overseas markets. Respond to requests for information on market conditions, trade opportunities, and problems. Prepare summaries, articles on current trade issues to report to the General Manager. Develop and maintain appropriate contacts in hydraulic industry, and international organizations involved in international trade.

Developing and implementing sales strategy for the area of focus. Setting the appropriate performance goals to achieve highest level of sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Leading the sales team towards achieving the goals. Representing company at trade association meetings to promote the company and products. Increasing the international market recognition. Cooperating with other departments to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction. Analyzing, reporting and providing feedback to General Manager.

Following all the official stages of establishment and demerger of the Turkish-German corporated company in Turkey. Joining all meetings with Turkish and German General Managers, translating speeches and documents and assisting at operational levels in planning and execution. Following production stages, supply chain and importing raw material according to production planning requirements. Assisting customers with questions and problems. Preparing financial and productional reports for General Managers.

Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
