Although my job title is sales and events, I was responsible for all reservations of 3 hotels during the high season. I became a professional in using the hotel reservation program Elektraweb with the highest authority. With the management of all online sales channels for 3 hotels, I have improved myself in this regard, especially by participating in booking.com and expedia trainings. Beside hotel reservations I also coordinated and hosted accommodations and events for TGA groups.

After my agency career, I had the opportunity to make successful organizations by taking part in the hotel side, managing the events, by planning the organization in the most effective way before the agency's thinking and organizing the hotel administrative and personnel management from the point of view of the hotelier. This can be understood by the special thank you letters I received from all the agencies that organized an event at the hotel, even from a cancelled Indian Wedding. One of the most important achievements of my career is that I successfully completed a large-budget organization with my former company Antur and my former client Audi brand and received a proud congratulatory letter from Audi senior executives.

I stepped into the event management life as a professional for the first time. While taking part in the operations of the organizations I have experienced so far, I learned how to plan an organization with its all-invisible articles . Among the achievements I have learned are hospitality for different profiles such as celebrities, protocols, statesmen, etc. Starting from concept development, coordinating customer and supplier relations, destination management, finding and collaborating with local business partners from all over the world, technical and logistical planning, catering and service management with creating a unique event menu, organizing all branding, entertainment and productions, managing staff, cost and budget control of the entire event. Since the Yankı Travel was the official company of the United Nations gave me experience in managing very important UN and EU projects.

I started the event and organization world as a part-time and I had the opportunity to work with many agencies at numerous congresses and different types of events. I learned about the difficulties of the operations and how much effort it requires and this also gave me experience in managing relationships with important people.
