As IT Business analyst, Project Manager or Team Leader, my role is to help business people to cover all aspects in their efforts of ERP, Reporting & Datawarehouse Implementation.In the consulting since 20 years with a business analyst experience of more than 25 years, I have been involved in several projects in various sectors and at different positions:As a business analyst, with my previous experience in Controlling and my good knowledge in accounting and overall business process and their integration in accounting (controlling), I present the necessary skills to address the managers and business users in understanding their transactional or reporting needs, combining them in a structured approach to obtain formalized and structured functional design.As a certified SAP consultant, using the best practices learned during my SAP courses and gained with my hands-on experience, I‘m used to implement tailor made solution in respect with the SAP standards and avoiding as much as possible specific development.As a tester, my experience gained in several industries combined with experience permits me to:• efficiently write integration test scenario;• help end-users to write their user acceptance test scenarios and assist them in the testing process.As a trainer, I give training based to the logic covered during the project implementation. This provide simple, practical cession that puts the user in real operations avoiding him the hassle of unnecessary features. As a project manager and team leader, I’m familiarized with decision making process, what must be achieved at each phase of a project, also I’m able to generate the tasks structure of the project, make the optimum usage of resources, determining what must be done and getting people to do it. My natural realistic optimism allows me to put in place the adequate level of motivation.
