Responsible for managing the Information Technology Bureau, including providing vision and assigning priorities. Initiated and oversaw several large-scale IT projects, including a multi-year project creating a central repository of all firearms applicants seeking an ID card or a handgun permit. This software application was nominated for the 2020 StateScoop 50 Awards, recognizing the technology advances that increase efficiency and effectiveness within government. Other projects include cost reduction initiatives such data circuit migrations and IT asset audits.
