CurrentMy main role is to identify new business opportunities at a wholesale level in order to generate more revenue, improve profitability and help the company’s business grow. To fulfil my role, my work involves thorough market research to provide market knowledge, customer knowledge and competitive intelligence, as well as managing the marketing operations strategy. I conduct aggregation of customer experience and ensure the company has a deep understanding of our customers and find new ways of approaching a new market.I oversee the business implementation strategies and policies planning for appropriate markets, monitor work plan, budget control and capital expenditures, and manage product and business performance. I liaise with the IT team to manage wholesale product and data analytics and the overall wholesale data management. In improving the company’s profitability, I seek out training programs for our account managers and take charge of their development. I always seek ways of improving the way our business operates through business innovation development in order to keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
