Manage all Accounts Payable functions of a multi-currency, multi-organization subledger. Audit and approve employee expense reports according to company policy. Perform all functions of Accounts Payable department – invoice entry, payments, resolving invoicing discrepancies, resolving Purchase Order issues, communication with suppliers, etc. Reconcile the Accounts Payable subledger to the General Ledger for eight organizations in six countries.
